FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Coaching is future-focused. It’s about helping you shift your mindset, break through limiting beliefs, and take empowered action toward your goals.

Therapy focuses more on healing past trauma, emotional wounds, or mental health challenges and is typically led by a licensed professional.

    Put simply:

    • Therapy helps you heal the past.

    • Coaching helps you create your future.

If you're feeling stuck but ready to grow, coaching may be exactly what you need.

  • Mindset and Empowerment Coaching is all about helping you shift the way you think, feel, and show up in your life. It focuses on identifying limiting beliefs, building self-trust, and developing a more confident, empowered version of you.

Through this coaching, you'll learn to break free from fear, self-doubt, and negative patterns—and instead, take aligned action toward the life, relationships, and goals you truly want.

It's not about fixing you—because you're not broken.
It's about helping you reconnect to your strength, clarity, and power—so you can move forward with purpose and confidence.

  • Since I work during the day, my coaching sessions are available in the early mornings or evenings to fit around your schedule. Weekend appointments are also available if that suits you better.

I know life gets busy—so I aim to offer flexible times that work for working professionals, parents, and anyone with a full plate.

We’ll find a time that fits.

  • Yes—absolutely. Your privacy and trust are incredibly important to me.

Everything you share in our sessions is held in complete confidence. This is your safe space to be open, honest, and real—without judgment.

The only exception is if there’s ever a risk of harm to yourself or someone else, in which case I’m ethically and legally obligated to take appropriate action to ensure safety. But outside of that, what’s said in session stays in session..

  • Coaching isn’t one-size-fits-all—everyone’s journey is different. The number of sessions you’ll need depends on your goals, your starting point, and the pace that feels right for you.

Some clients experience big shifts in just a few sessions, while others prefer ongoing support over a longer period. We all learn and grow at different speeds, and that’s completely okay.

What matters most is your commitment. Like anything in life, you get out of coaching what you put in—and I’ll be right beside you, every step of the way.

We’ll create a plan that’s tailored to your needs, and at a pace that feels right for you.

  • We sure do! We know that investing in yourself is a big decision, and we want to make it as accessible as possible.

Here are our current payment plan options:

    • Kickstart Session – 2 payments of $135

    • Empowerment Journey – $300 deposit + 6 monthly payments of $122
      (Total: $1,032)

    • Transformation Journey – $350 deposit + 12 monthly payments of $105
      (Total: $1,610)

We do add a small fee to cover the extra admin time and processing involved in managing payment plans—but we keep it as affordable as possible.

Our plans are flexible, too! The only requirement is that payments are cleared at least 24 hours before each session. If you feel our payment plans won’t work for you, you're always welcome to reach out—we’re more than happy to chat and find a solution that works.

  • Life can be messy and unpredictable — I get it! If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, I just ask that you give at least 24 hours’ notice. That way, I can offer the time to someone else and keep things running smoothly.

If something comes up and you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, or don’t show up, the session will be forfeited.

Because time and energy are set aside just for you, payments are made upfront and are non-refundable. This helps hold space for your growth — and protects the time I dedicate to each client.

That said, I believe in kindness and communication. If something serious happens or you’re unsure what to do, please reach out. I'm always open to a compassionate conversation and will do my best to work with you.
