Burnout Recovery Coaching for Women in Caring and Support Roles
Helping Women in caring professions overcome exhaustion so they can switch off after work and start putting themselves first without feeling guilty
Life can be demanding when you spend your days caring for others.
You give so much of yourself to your clients, colleagues, family, and friends that there’s rarely anything left for you.
You keep pushing through - showing up, doing what needs to be done, but somewhere along the way, you’ve forgotten how to stop. You’ve been running on empty for so long that exhaustion feels normal, and most days it feels like you’re just surviving instead of living.
It is in your nature to care for others; it is a big part of who you are, but it has come at a cost. You are constantly exhausted and overwhelmed, and irritable, and you have been holding it all together for so long that you can’t remember what it is like to feel like YOU.
But here’s the truth - you can’t keep pouring from an empty cup.
Something has to change, and it starts with caring for yourself the way you care for everyone else.
At Dandelion Growth Space, I help women who care for others - nurses, counsellors, caseworkers, educators, carers, support workers, and community professionals- recover from burnout, reconnect with themselves, break the burnout cycle, and rebuild a life that feels balanced, calm, and sustainable.

You do not have to walk this journey alone.
Right now, even the idea of making changes might feel like just another thing to do and something that will take time and energy that you just do not have.
That is where I come in. You do not have to come up with the answers alone.
I help you take the load off.
Together, we look at what is draining your energy and what needs to shift.
We look at your systems, your routines, your boundaries, and your nervous system.
We create realistic strategies that protect your time and preserve your energy.
If you are already in burnout, we focus on restoring and rebuilding in a steady, sustainable way.
If you are heading toward it, we interrupt the cycle before it takes more from you.
Recovery from burnout is not about doing more; it is actually about doing less.
We make small changes over a period of time to prevent overwhelm, focusing on your biggest pressure points first.
You have spent years caring for everyone else.
You deserve support too.

Meet Tamara,
Your Burnout Coach
Hi, I am Tamara.
With over 18 years of professional experience supporting people through life’s challenges, I have seen how quietly burnout can build. Not just in my clients and colleagues, but in myself too.
A few years ago, I hit my own wall. I had been running on empty for so long that exhaustion felt normal. Until my body, mind and nervous system simply could not keep going. It was confronting and scary, but it gave me a powerful wake-up call.
I learned something that changed everything: if we do not care for ourselves first, we cannot show up as our best for others. When we are stretched too thin, the people we love and support only receive what is left of us, not the best of us.
In constantly putting everyone else first and trying to do it all, I slowly lost connection with myself. I became disconnected from my body, my emotions, my identity and what truly mattered to me. There came a point where I did not recognise who I was anymore.
Over time, I began to notice a clear pattern. So many of the women experiencing burnout were working in caring and support roles. We are the helpers. The fixers. The ones who hold everything together. And we often do it at our own expense.
Now, I support women like you to put yourself back on the list. To restore balance. To rebuild your energy. And to create a life that feels calm, aligned and sustainable.
Now it’s time to care for you.
