Freedom from Emotional Eating is a supportive and practical 4-week workshop for women who are ready to stop feeding their feelings and start building a new, empowered relationship with food.
You’ll learn how to:

✨ Recognise and respond to emotional hunger
✨ Soothe your feelings without reaching for food
✨ Reconnect with your body and its true needs
✨ Let go of guilt, shame, and food battles
