Join us for a powerful and restorative workshop designed for women who are running on empty and struggling to prioritise themselves. If you're feeling like there's never enough time and you're always at the bottom of your own to-do list, this is your chance to press pause, reset, and reconnect with what truly matters—you.

In this 2.5-hour interactive session, you’ll:
Learn practical strategies to manage stress and reduce overwhelm
Identify hidden time drains and create space for what matters
Create a personalised self-care plan that feels achievable (not another thing to tick off!)
Reconnect with your needs, values, and sense of calm

This workshop is a nurturing space to slow down, breathe, and remember that looking after yourself isn’t selfish—it’s essential.
